High-Temp Mozzarella Cheese

Each bag contains 2.5lbs of cheese, perfect for freezing for future use. Our cheese won't melt out while cooking and can be diced to 1/4 inch size. For best results, use 1lb of cheese for every 10lbs of meat.

• Pasteurized Processed Mozzarella Style Cheese (Cultured Milk , Water, Cream, Skim Milk Powder, Sodium Phosphates, Salt, Lactic Acid and Sorbic Acid [Preservative], Enzymes), Powdered Cellulose (To Prevent Caking), Potassium Sorbate and Natamycin (Preservatives).

Directions: After your final grind, mix hi-temp cheese into your batch. At this point your next step is to stuff casings.
