Enhance the flavor of your smoked sausages with our Hi-Temp Tripple Pepper Cheese. This blend provides a zesty kick without being overly spicy. Perfect for pairing with snack sticks or summer sausage, it is sold in convenient 2.5lb bags and can even be frozen. Each 1/4" diced piece maintains its shape when cooked, with a recommended ratio of 1lb cheese to 10lbs of meat.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • Pasteurized Milk, Water, Pasteurized Cream, Milk fat, Sodium Phosphate, Serrano Peppers, Cheese Culture, Salt, Jalapeno Peppers, Powdered Cellulose (to prevent caking), Spice, Sorbic Acid (Preservative), Enzymes, Habanero Peppers, Natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor).
  • Allergens: Dairy

Directions:  After your final grind, mix hi-temp cheese into your batch. At this point your next step is to stuff casings.
