Attention Mushroom and Swiss burger fans! This one is for you! These patty mixes are formulated specifically for ground hamburger.

Patty Mixes have encapsulated salt to keep the meat from becoming sticky while forming patties.

INGREDIENTS: 

• Encapsulated Salt (sodium chloride, hydrogenated soybean oil), Dehydrated Vegetables (onion, mushroom, carrot, garlic), Sugar, Trehalose, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein (contains salt, caramel color), Dextrose, Spices (including pepper), Natural Spice Extractives. Net Weight 16 oz.

DIRECTIONS: 

• Can be used as desired per pound or in one large batch.
