Fibrous Pepperoni Casing 1 x 20 clear

Used for Pepperoni. All Fibrous and Cellulose casings are not edible. 25 per pack.

The first number on these casings is a trade size number. The second number is the length in inches. The following gives you approximate stuffed diameter in inches for each trade size. 1=1 1/2", 1 1/2=1 3/4", 2=2 1/4", 2 1/2=2 3/4", 3 1/2=3", 5=3 1/2", 6=4", 8=4 3/4".

TIP: 

• See equipment category for hog rings and pliers to close the ends of any Fibrous Casing.
• All Fibrous Casings should be soaked in warm water for 15 to 30 minutes before stuffing.
• All Fibrous and Cellulose Casings are not edible.
